Troubleshooting

I cannot connect

1. Check the status dashboard for Minecraft availability and maintenance.
2. Confirm the approved server address and installed pack version through the community. This site does not invent a connection address.
3. Record the exact disconnect message. A status API outage alone does not prove the game server is offline.

The game will not start

1. Confirm Minecraft 1.21.1 and the NeoForge version required by your pack release.
2. Try a clean instance of the same release without additional mods or shaders.
3. Keep your existing saves and share a redacted crash report with the version and reproduction steps.

The game feels slow

Low client frame rate and slow server ticks are different symptoms. Include your hardware, render distance, shaders, and whether the problem affects other players. Compare TPS/MSPT on the status page when measurements are available.

Aether is unavailable or slow

Check Ollama availability, inference readiness, and whether new requests are paused. Avoid repeatedly resending a request. If only your account is restricted, use the moderation appeal process in Discord.

I need to report an AI response

Follow the report instructions in Discord. Submit only the relevant excerpt and context. The staff dashboard reviews submitted reports; it does not provide a complete archive of private conversations.
